Raw Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

I made this today for my mother birthday. EVERYONE LOVED this!! It was absolutely amazing!! I used dark cocoa instead of cacao so mine was darker and very rich, but oh! so good! A definite keeper!  This was delicious! I soaked my cashews overnight in the refrigerator with water & one TBS salt. Then, I put everything together this morning & made the delicious peanut butter cups right before serving. This is rich! It's very satisfying. Ingredients:   Base: 1 cup dates 1/2 cup almonds Blend together and spread at the bottom of a parchment paper lined 6 inch round pan. Set aside   Chocolate Layer: 2 bananas 2 cups cashews, soaked for 2 hours 3 tablespoons cacao powder 2 tablespoons maple syrup Blend ingredients together until a smooth texture is reached. This recipe was a hit! I actually made it in a small pan vs the individual dishes due to limited supplies while camping, but it turned out GREAT!! The roasted marshmallow topper was the best part. It was so easy to make plus it's such a great lemon dessert!! This was a huge hit!!! Light lemon flavor. Really yummy. This easy & simple no bake triple layer lemon pudding pie is the perfect summertime dessert! These were fabulous! I couldn't find caramel cake mix, but I melted some caramels and added that to the batter.  Everyone loved them. Will make them again. They were a huge hit! Peach Pound Cake

I made your recipe today and I am soo impressed. I didn’t have a 12 cup bundt pan so filled my non-stick 3/4 full as you advised and it came out beautifully. Followed your instructions to the letter !! I put the leftover batter in the fridge & when the cake was done, I made 7 cupcakes in non-stick pan, sprayed well. These were soo good; crunchy on the outer rim & sooo moist. And of course, glazed. We have a very short window for fresh ripe peaches where I live so this will be my go-to recipe every season. This is the Best recipe  This is my new go-to recipe. We all loved it! Sent it to my baker, best friend. Husband says he loves the crunchiness of the outer cake, but so moist inside. I made last night the Impossible Lemon Pie and this morning my family and I had it with coffee. It was just amazing.  Came out beautiful! I used a whole lemon and zest. Half the amount of butter. I tried it and my daughter and her friends all said it was the best cake they have EVER eaten (I strongly agree and I’m not a lemon cake person). I didn’t have lemon extract so I just added some extra lemon zest to cake and icing. I actually liked the icing better with the peel instead of the extract. And, I only had vanilla greek yogurt and liked it better with that as well. I made it a second time exactly like the recipe and liked the first one better…so did everyone else. Flourless Chocolate Torte

I made this amazing torte this weekend! I was so afraid it was going to taste like chocolate eggs…And it actually tasted like heaven!! Perfect for the chocoholic! Purely decadent!! I actually liked it cold instead of warm. I will keep this recipe in my back pocket too! This absolutely fabulous, and I love that it’s so easy to make!  I made them as directed above, except that before melting the chocolate, I mixed the sucanat with two of the eggs to melt. I filled them about two-thirds full, and bake them at the instructed temperature, for 15 minutes. The above recipe made well over two dozen mini cupcakes size tortes. The texture is perfectly smooth, so yes, sucanat!I’ve never made a torte before, so I’m not sure how done they should be. They are very moist. The BEST Flourless Chocolate Torte recipe. I've done it for mother's day. The bouquet was so pretty. I used styrofoam ball, but it worked too. Beautiful mothers day gift. Thought they were real flowers at first! This was the best cake ever!!! My husband doesn’t even care for carrot cake, but he ate half of this cake!!! It was so rich and delicious and really not all that hard to make. So delicious! I made this recipe (without coconut, because some of my coworkers are allergic). They said it was the best they ever had. Awesome! What a perfectly fun cake! I made this today and shared with my dessert loving family and they loved it! I added 3 soaked dates to the mix and I’m thinking about adding some extract next time, maybe coconut or just plain vanilla. I made it with a walnut crust because I didn’t have the ingredients for the cookie dough. I was really impressed with this pie!  This was great! I tried this recipe with my brand new doughnut pan, I had never made doughnuts before so I was a little nervous but I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfect! They looked just as good as the pictures and were delicious! My favorite part is the blueberry glaze on top,YUM!  They were incredible in every way. Moist and fluffy and perfect. So fresh and perfect for Spring! They're easier than you think, and super moist! I made this yesterday and my whole family lovessss them! They all raved about them! The people who prefer cake loved the icing too and the icing lovers loved the cake too. Baking with yogurt makes things so moist. These cupcakes absolutely divine! I have no doubt I will get requests for these again.
