Gingerbread Cake with Caramel Cream Cheese Buttercream

I made this today and it looks beautiful. I used little Christmas tree cookies made out of gingerbread to decorate. The icing and the caramel was delicious. The cake itself tasted pretty good. Those little gingerbread men are the cutest! I love everything about this!

Gingerbread is my favorite holiday flavor. Love the little decorative gingerbread men too. Simply fabulous. So perfect for the holiday dessert table.


This Gingerbread Cake with Caramel Cream Cheese Buttercream may just become a new Christmas tradition, and I kind of sort of hope you guys love it as much as I do!
