  • 170 g Dark Chocolate (or milk chocolate if you prefer) (6oz)
  • 100 g Butter (3.5oz)
  • 240 g Fresh Strawberries (8.5oz)
  • 150 g Mascarpone (5oz)
  • 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
