Ingredients

  • 4  large egg whites  (room temperature)
  • 1/2 teaspoon  cream of tartar 
  • 1/8 teaspoon  salt 
  • 1 cup  granulated sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla extract 


Food coloring - optional:

  •  Pink gel food coloring 
  •  Purple gel food coloring
